Shipping in Estonia
Shipping costs 4.90 €. We use the services of DPD and itella SmartPOST. You can choose the appropriate partner in your shopping cart.
The product will be delivered within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. In case of an engraved product, the product will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
In case of larger orders, the delivery time for the products will be agreed separately.
Kingisalong OÜ shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond Kingisalong OÜ’s foreseeability or influence.
International shipping
Shipping costs will be added to the product price.
For international shipments, we will make a quote for the transportation to the buyer. The product will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the buyer confirms the suitability of the quote and the payment is received. For an engraved product, the product will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the payment. International orders will arrive within 7–20 days of shipment depending on your destination.
Customs and Taxes
There are no customs duties or other taxes within the European Union. Outside the European Union, the delivery of goods may be subject to fees for which Kingisalong OÜ is not responsible for and which must be paid by the customer. Because the fees are set by local customs, they vary from country to country and we have no way of knowing them in advance.
Product returns
Unused products purchased from the website of Kingisalong OÜ can be returned within 14 days of receipt. When returning products, keep in mind:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The costs related to the return shall be borne by the buyer of the goods.
- Please contact info@kingisalong.ee for product replacement.
- Products with personalised engraving cannot be returned.
Right to file a claim
Kingisalong OÜ products have a two-year right of claim from the moment the product is handed over to the buyer. The right applies to manufacturer defects.
Damage due to natural wear or misuse of the product is not considered a defect of the manufacturer. These include, for example:
- scratches;
- soiling, wear, tear, or breakage of wood and cork materials;
- broken glass, ceramic, vinyl;
- empty batteries.
When submitting a claim, it is necessary to prove that the purchase was made from Kingisalong OÜ. Claims can be submitted here.
