The owl is considered a symbol of wisdom. The ancient Greeks depicted the goddess of wisdom, Athena, with an owl. It was believed that the owl that sent the goddess everywhere also became part of Athena`s knowledge. A spark of wisdom was seen in the owl`s large round eyes.
The earrings are light and comfortable.
