The product will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your payment. In the case of an engraved product, the product will be shipped within an average of 4 business days.

We use the services of DPD and itella SmartPOST. You can choose the appropriate partner in your shopping cart.

In Estonia, the shipping fee is EUR 3.90-4.90 €.

In the case of international shipments, we will make a shipping fee quote to the buyer, where the shipping time and cost depend on the destination. The product will be shipped within 3 business days after the buyer confirms the suitability of the quote and the payment is received. For an engraved product, the product will be shipped within an average of 5 business days of receiving the payment. Unused products in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The costs related to the return are borne by the buyer. Products with personalised engraving cannot be returned. Please contact info@kingisalong.ee to return a product.

The product pictures are as realistic as possible. Products made from natural materials (wood, cork, semi-precious stones, etc.) are unique in their shade, structure, and pattern and there are no two identical products. The artists’ creations are unique products and there are no identical products.
